This information notice has been prepared to inform you about your personal data processed/collected through automated means as part of a data recording system via the reservation request form available on the website www.oludenizbeachresort.com, within the scope of the "Data Controller’s Obligation to Inform" under Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

Regarding your personal data, the data controller is Elips Tourism Investment and Management Inc. ("Ölüdeniz Beach Resort", "Hotel").

As Ölüdeniz Beach Resort, we process the following personal data via the reservation form available on our website www.oludenizbeachresort.com as part of our hotel management activities:

• Identity Information: Name-surname, TR Identity number/tax number, passport number (for foreign customers), nationality information (for foreign customers), overseas tax number (for foreign customers), gender, date of birth, name-surname, TR Identity number, date of birth, and gender of the individuals staying with you.

• Contact Information: Phone number, email address, address.

• Accommodation Information: Reservation details, check-in/check-out dates, and in case of transfer request, airport information and details of the individuals to be transferred.

Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data

Within the scope of our hotel management activities, we process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Providing accommodation services and fulfilling our contractual and legal obligations,

• Completing your reservation at our hotel,

• Conducting communication activities regarding your reservation,

• Providing transfer services upon request,

• Issuing and delivering invoices for your payments.

In line with these purposes directly related to the services you receive, your personal data are processed to the extent necessary under Article 5/2-c of KVKK, which stipulates that processing of personal data belonging to the parties to a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract.

• To determine and implement our company's commercial strategies,

• To conduct data analysis and research,

Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds stipulated under Article 5/2 of KVKK, such as the necessity of processing for the establishment or performance of a contract, legal obligations, the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right, legitimate interests of the data controller, or your explicit consent.

Your reservation transactions are carried out directly by ÇAĞLA TUR, and your personal data is transferred to ÇAĞLA TUR to execute your reservation, provide accommodation services, and fulfill our contractual and legal obligations. The information of ÇAĞLA TUR is as follows:

Methods of Applying to the Data Controller and Your Rights

According to Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed,

• Request information about the processing if your personal data is processed,

• Learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used appropriately,

• Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred domestically or abroad,

• Request correction if your data is incomplete or inaccurately processed,

• Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions stipulated in Article 7,

• Request notification of the actions taken as per (d) and (e) to third parties to whom your data has been transferred,

• Object to any adverse result arising from the analysis of your processed data exclusively through automated systems,

• Claim compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing.

You can submit your application by filling out the "Relevant Person Application Form" clearly and understandably and send it:

• By registered mail with return receipt to the same address,

Please note to include “Sent under the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698” on the envelope.

Response to Your Applications

Your requests regarding your personal data will be evaluated and responded to within 30 days from the date of receipt. In case of a negative evaluation, the reasons for rejection will be sent to the address specified in your application via email or mail.
